Ensuring trading reliability, and improving the sales user experience by deploying new and enhanced capabilities, and responding to and resolving requests (User/Access Requests, Service Requests, Incidents/Faults, Change Requests) from user groups enables Enterprise sales channels to sell efficiently and effectively. The Sales Tools & Systems Delivery & In-life Operations Management Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of new and enhanced capabilities within the sales tools & systems, defining the service management of the sales tools & systems, and working with delivery partners to agree an effective and cost efficient operational way of working. The role will be responsible for defining the services to be provided, capturing & managing service delivery metrics, and focusing on root cause analysis for improvement initiatives. The role manages a team of specialist resources with the knowledge, skills, and experience of the -to-order processes and the enabling sales tools & systems. The role will work closely with the sales tools & systems team members and the delivery partners for the design, development, release, and deployment of capabilities.What you'll be doingThe purpose of this role is:Ensure trading reliability for sales channels using process capabilities deployed within sales tools & systems (i.e. salesforce.com, Cloudsense CPQ, SmartCorrespond, Echo-sign, UKB/Agent Desktop)Improve the UX of sales users by ensuring an efficient and effective in-life service model is in place and managed. Platform User/Access Management Incident/Fault Service Requests Change RequestsEnsures delivery partners deliver to agreed quality, time, effort, cost levelsWorks with delivery partners to identify and resolve root cause analysisHighlights requirements for resource capacity and/or capability within service delivery partners Defines and maintains a service catalogue for Enterprise Sales Enablement sales tools & systemsDefines and manages service management metrics for Enterprise Sales Enablement sales tools & systemsEnsures governance and control of the allocation of licences to user groupsWe'll also need to see these on your CVExperience of technology & data enablers (i.e. salesforce, Cloudsense CPQ, Agent Desktop)Experience managing delivery and/or operations teamsExperience of development life-cyclesExperience with functional/technical capability of salesforce.com (sales cloud/service cloud)Experience of ITIL (demand & delivery management frameworks and models) Why choose us?At BT, we entertain, educate and empower millions of people every single day.
