Pertemps Managed Solutions are currently recruiting an Account Manager to build on a long-term relationship with an existing and valued client, currently going through a large digital transformation programme. You will be responsible for managing the performance of the account and the overall relationship with the client.

In addition to this you will be directly recruiting for the programme requirements; this will include roles such as Project Managers, Business Analysts, Software, Web and Application Developers, Technical Architects and Software Testers. From time to time you may also be required to cover further head office functions to include HR, Procurement, Marketing and other general office functions.

This role would suit a recruiter looking to develop into an Account Manager.

Your responsibilities will include;

- Direct recruitment of contract and temporary staff across the full transformation programme.

- Utilising all recruitment tools effectively, managing talent pool pipelines and active vacancies (Linked in Recruiter, Job Boards, Database)

- Ensure all time to Hire SLA are met to include CV sends, interviews, on-boarding and new starter information.

- Managing recruitment pipeline for both peaks and troughs.

- Managing the changing operational needs of the client and reacting effectively to deliver the service required.

- Attending management / review meetings to discuss operational matters / performance against KPI's

- Provide the highest possible levels of service to the client and candidates

- Build lasting relationships with Hiring Managers, offering innovation solutions to difficult to fill roles and advising on advancements in new technology.

- Regular review of MI for both internal and external use.

- Ensure all work is 100% compliant

- Continually review candidate attraction methods.

Required Skills and Experience

- Experience of either IT recruitment or contract/temporary recruitment, with a strong interest or knowledge in the IT recruitment market

- Experience of managing the full direct recruitment process, including actively sourcing, screening and filling a variety of IT or contract roles.

- Excellent stakeholder management experience, specifically relating to client management and ownership of a key client relationship

- Be able to interpret and analyse management information.

- Be willing to travel to client sites as required
