HRGO are looking for an experience Strategic Account Manager to join the EMEA Sales Team for a fast growing International company based in Harlow.

The focus for this role is to maintain large accounts with the sole purpose of generating strategic growth/revenue for the company and to achieve or exceed targeted sales. You will be required to sell to direct accounts as well as distribute through different sales channels and OEM accounts (depending on market).

Requirements
  • Extensive account management experience
  • Proven sales
  • Excellent planner and sales person
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Good negotiator and influence skills
  • Customer service focused
  • Able to work to KPI's and targets
  • Able to travel - client visits, conferences

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Provide Account Management for strategic accounts assigned
  • Work in cooperation with other commercial teams
  • Develop initiatives and programmes to grow existing and new accounts
  • Meet and exceed financial performance, growth objectives and sales targets
  • Visit accounts and proactively
  • Identify and develop new business
  • CRM
  • Deliver accurate and timely visit reports; account performance , monthly and budget reports
