IT Services Manager needed by this enterprise sized, not for profit organisation in their Plymouth Head Office. Leading a core team of 7 the role is an interesting combination of strategy, service and project delivery across their digital and IT infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities are broad and will include a good mix of:

Leading the delivery of IT Services including 1st , 2nd & 3rd level IT support.
Analysing, organising, leading and driving Digital and IT to support organisational change.
Developing and maintaining working relationships with 3rd parties and acting as a bridge between vendors and the business.
Operationally monitor, report and take proactive actions in response to emerging issues and trends.
Providing technical lead role for support for projects.
Proactively undertake research & development of existing and emerging technologies identifying opportunities for business improvements and efficiencies.The right IT Services Manager will have a proven track record delivering first class IT service in an enterprise sized organisation with significant Service Management experience with robust, service-orientated support process design, delivery and management.

Technically a good understanding, from a 1st / 2nd Line support level of Citrix & VMware is needed along with Cyber Essentials Security Standard / ISO 27001 and ITIL.
