We are looking for an experienced IT professional to join Copart UK Limited as a Systems Support Analyst (level 2).

Reporting to the Senior Business Analyst, the Systems Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting existing applications in use and future system migrations. The post holder will also be required to ensure that the applications and systems currently being deployed to colleagues in different areas of the business are fully supported.

The successful candidate will be expected to quickly understand and become competent in Copart's systems, processes and procedures.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • Supporting internal systems and working with developers/first response teams to resolve any issues
  • Ensure all future migrations into internal systems are fully supported
  • Support M1/M2/M3 mobile devices and applications currently in use
  • Assist future mobile device applications that are under development
  • Provide project implementation 'success monitoring and measurement'
  • Give general operational support to the business.
  • Provide cover for the Application Support Analyst when required
