Our client is a leading, fast growing energy consultancy that offers integrated energy management services including procurement, energy audits, energy improvement, compliance, date analytics and bureau services to I&C energy users across the UK with ambitions to grow existing business in European markets.

They are looking for collaborative, commercially focused individual to join their Projects Team. Developing and delivering commercially driven, improvement projects for their customers energy and carbon needs to drive customer retention and profit growth.

Key activities:
  • Performing on-site energy efficiency audits, producing written report and presenting to clients.
  • Delivering improvement projects and programmes across a diverse client base from small retail sites to large industrial. Projects will include behaviour change, capital projects, design advice and full reporting. Projects cover the full range of technologies from DSR to LED and CHP.
  • End to end development of new projects from initial data review and site visit to developing audits, presenting to clients and sourcing suppliers.
  • Ownership of key client energy savings and carbon compliance work. Working in partnership with account management and sales team to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Supporting Head of Energy Projects division in developing the commercial model for delivering savings and identifying new opportunities.
  • Ownership and management of key suppliers and partners alongside the development of new customer offers in collaboration with sales teams on business development.

Person Specification:
  • Experience of delivering energy projects and delivering savings is essential.
  • Commercially aware and client focussed with previous business development and account management experience desirable.
  • Technical experience and qualification in key technologies e.g. lighting, heating, A/C, BEMS
  • Implementation/qualifications in CCA, CRC, ESOS, EPC, TM54.
  • Experience in water efficiency projects would be beneficial.
  • Good knowledge of reporting technologies and methods: Regression, IPMVP
