Our Client is currently looking for an experience Pricing Analyst to join their business on a permanent basis. The successful individual will be responsible for assisting in pricing of new sales opportunities, upkeep and maintenance of pricing models and the on-going management of client contractual documentation.

The Pricing Analyst will have responsibility in the sales process. Where the individual will need to co-ordinate multiple stake holders and bring together the various inputs into one comprehensive pricing model. Part of the process will be to identify financial and commercial risks and the support of client facing personnel in all aspects of contractually related client engagement.

Duties of the Pricing Analyst include:

? Key contact for Business Development in the pricing of corporate deals providing analysis and recommendations

? Partners with bid support and sales team in developing proposals, pricing models and programs that support key financial business objectives.

? Ensuring all pricing process and procedures are being followed; looking for opportunities on continual basis to enhance procedures;

? Continuously develop standard pricing models to enable quick response to changing market needs and trends

? Provide key internal support for the development and implementation of customer contracts

? Participate in client discussions where required and assist with analytical support on commercial proposals

? Maintaining the accuracy and consistency of opportunities within the CRM system and liaising with group on CRM audits

? Support Commercial Manager with financial modelling of various short and long term business strategies to gain market share in new avenues

? Develops a system of communication, documentation and review of internal and external comparative pricing data

? Supporting junior analyst in his | her development

? Ad-hoc responsibilities as required

PERSON SPECIFICATION for the Pricing analyst:

The ideal candidate will display the following qualities:

? Strong business/commercial sense, practical judgment and ability to prioritise

? Advanced knowledge of financial ratios and concepts

? Excellent attention to detail

? Advanced knowledge of MS Excel with the ability to use complex functions

? Data manipulation and reporting skills

? Strong and confident communicator

? A genuine all-rounder who is able to undertake multitude of tasks in the commercial department

? In previous roles would have been exposed to various pricing requirements, client RFI, RFP and RFQ processes,

? Willingness to work hard and beyond the remit where necessary

? Proactive, enthusiastic, helpful and ready to get stuck in with a busy team
