Juice Cheltenham is delighted to be supporting a fantastic organisation in their search for Customer Service Executives (Account Managers). This is an extremely exciting time to join a global, dynamic and growing organisation.

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of all our customers' needs and objectives
  • To process and expedite all related enquiries
  • To manage any large building projects to ensure the customers' requirements are met
  • To liaise with the supply, manufacturing, distribution and finance/credit control departments to ensure on time efficient shipments and to plan for cost effective distribution
  • To ensure that all technical and commercial documentation/literature is available
  • To report on general constraints to affect service and suggest remedies and possible improvements
  • To train others, as required, in department procedures
  • To assist in general Customer Service operations when activity is low
  • To manage defined Key Accounts
  • To perform any other duties that may be requested by the management team
  • To remain professional within all types of correspondence to your customers
  • Using ERP system to manage customer order books to meet delivery dates
  • Work proactively to ensure customer is kept informed of current status of order book
  • Work with management to achieve a paperless office

  • Previous customer service (office based) and/or administration experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Experience of account managing customers (B2B) would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

This is an amazing opportunity for someone to progress and develop their skills and experiences. You will be expected to take charge of your clients, taking on lots of responsibility. In return my client offers 25 days holiday, onsite parking and a contemporary working environment.
