About The Role

We're currently looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to provide 9 months maternity cover. Forming part of the PMO within TRL's Project Delivery Office, the role holds responsibility for providing support to Project/Programme Managers in quality assurance, governance, reporting and the administration of Projects. The role would suit someone with significant project co-ordination/PMO experience, looking to work on an interesting and varied programme of projects in a lively and friendly team.

Key Duties / Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and administer key project governance forums.
  • Undertake Programme Delivery Office new starter inductions and training.
  • Administer and implement changes to the Project Online/PWA tool.
  • Support Project Managers by quality assuring data (milestones, risks, issues, finances etc.) held in Project Online.
  • Create, maintain and issue key programme reports (Power BI and Excel)
  • Take on the project management of smaller projects where required.

Skills & Experience
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a Project Management environment
  • Must be able to quickly understand the defined scope of a project and act accordingly or suggest an approach
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
  • Working knowledge of Project Online/PWA
  • Experience using Power BI for project reporting
  • An excellent communicator, both verbally and through written work
