We're recruiting for an Application Support Analyst to join our solution focused IT team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a curious, driven and motivated individual to develop their career within IT.

The Application Support Analyst is an Applicant Management role which manages applications through their life cycle. This role will play an important part in the application related aspects of designing, testing, operating and improving of IT services.

We're looking for a natural problem solver with excellent communication skills; a key part of this role will be dealing with our 165 internal users and key stakeholders across the Society for all application support.

We encourage applications from individuals who have knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2016, SQL and ITIL processes. We're particularly interested in candidates from a service/helpdesk background who are keen to develop their IT career.

This excellent opportunity will give the successful candidate the platform to perform a key role within the Society and develop their career within a high performing culture.

In return we can offer you a salary up to £30,000 along with our exceptional rewards and benefits package.

This is a permanent role; ideal hours of work are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday totalling 35 hours per week. Flexibility is required during key projects or releases.
