Service Desk Manager

Up to £30,000 per annum with benefits such as on-site parking, stakeholder pension etc.

For this role, you will be working for a rapidly growing IT support company at their head office in a stunning seafront location in Portland, Dorset

09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday with a 1 hour lunch break each day.

Job description:
  • Manage theServiceboards Dispatch (ConnectWise) in terms of:
    • Scheduling daily support tickets to all Engineers and Trainees.
    • Scheduling daily alert tickets to Engineers and Trainees.
    • Monitor alerts.
  • Respond to Customer Feedback Forms and implement changes to improve customer satisfaction.
  • To identify any trends with support tickets for individual clients and instigate a review meeting;
  • Monthly customer reporting for Account Management and auditing.
  • Develop and implement process improvements in the Service Desk Provision;
  • Keep up to date with changes in IT legislation relevant to client businesses and own role.
  • Coordinate with Engineers to arrange for external technical support where problems cannot be resolved;
