Service Delivery Manager position available with our global corporate client within the energy sector, based within their bright and modern offices in Redhill. The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for creating process improvement, efficiency and IT projects across Sales Operations and is a brand new position. They will identify and share best practise across the teams and have oversight of the unbilled and query position for the Major Business department. Duties will include:

- Optimise processes within Major Business Operations to deliver a quality service with the greatest efficiency whilst meeting the needs of the customers (internal/external)
- Optimise processes to deliver quality consistent with compliance policy
- Own the delivery of operational metrics and KPI's such as query management and unbilled positions
- Manage the end to end chain of processes improvements from identification of business case through the delivery and post mortem
- Work closely with other departments including Business Change, Transformation etc, to ensure that requirements of Major Business are represented and considered in relation to any changes across the business
- Create and deliver department training on all processes and systems
- Ensure all customer requirements/special processes/pricing requirements are documented, with regular reviews
- Ensure all data and processes are compliant

In order to be successful in this role, we are looking for the following skills and experience:

- Proven experience as a business expert in processes, systems and customer expectations
- Min of 2 years' experience in the utilities industry dealing with blue chip customers (highly desirable)
- Proven track record of service enhancement through staff, process and system change
- The ability to be able to influence effectively at all levels
