West London Company Looking for Group Finance Administrator

Your new company
This established company in West London is looking for a Group Finance Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. Owners of some of the best brands in the UK this fast-paced moving company would be a great place to work.

Your new role
Your new role will be comprised of 70% expenses processing, split between staff and company credit cards. Liaising with the AP team and also posting and reconciling staff expenses in the ledger will be a part of this role. There will be data entry, some AP/AR and also some administrative tasks as well.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be able to follow a process step by step and be able to meet deadlines. You must have excellent communication skills and be self-motivated. Experience with dealing with expenses is very much desired. Access Dimensions experience is not essential but would be advantageous. Transaction experience would also be a benefit.

What you'll get in return
This is a temporary role that will most likely go through until the end of October, however, this may extend. The role will pay £12 - £15 p/h depending on experience.
