New Temp Accounts Assistant job

Your new role
To provide accounting and administrative support to the Finance department to ensure high levels of accuracy, quality and integrity in the recording of financial data; and to assist in the production of robust and timely financial information to stakeholders.
Your duties will include:
  • Coordination, preparation and scanning of invoices into the SAP system
  • Responsibility for the accurate booking of invoices into SAP
  • Processing manual payments to suppliers
  • Production of month end supplier statement reconciliations and aged creditors review
  • Production of weekly reports to chase internal approvals for overdue invoices
  • Reviewing and approving employee expense claims
  • Completion of month end balance sheet reconciliations
  • Preparation and submission of governmental returns

What you'll need to succeed
  • Extensive experience of working in a commercial accounting environment
  • Experience of working with SAP
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office; specifically Excel
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confident
