PMO

A leading investment bank seek an experienced PMO to support FRTB Central initiatives to ensure the bank is in line with regulatory expectations and industry best practice.

Responsibilities for you as the PMO:
  • Driving the delivery of FRTB Central initiatives from design through to adoption including development of target state business processes, build and deployment of technology solutions
  • Ensuring FRTB target end state is delivered inclusive of governance change, business process re-design and appropriate controls
  • Working across functions, legal entities and front office groups to structure the work-efforts required for successful submission
  • Understanding cross-functional impact of FRTB requirements and identifying areas of efficiency
  • Supporting the capture and consolidation of appropriate information for senior management and other key stakeholders relating to FRTB delivery


Requirements:
  • Significant experience working within regulatory or Stress Testing initiatives at large and complex financial institutions
  • Extensive project and Finance experience
  • Documentation and reporting skill a must
  • Understanding of major regulatory and business issues which have been driving major projects
  • Strong knowledge and experience of change management process
  • Strong business, analytical, quantitative, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills including experience at performing this across multiple functions, committees and areas
  • Superior communication skills: both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff
  • Tolerance and understanding in multi cultures


£60,000 - £75,000 + benefits
