The Design Manager role

As the Design Coordinator you will assist in the delivery of technically compliant, cost effective design solutions during the design process and through to delivery on site.
The £200+ million project involves significant refurbishment and remodelling work across the 2 sites including transferring maternity to Bournemouth, creating urgent care at both locations and additional theatre capacity at Poole.

Your profile

• You will have a degree or HNC/HND, or similar, in a relevant construction or design field,
• Preferably, you'll have a detailed working knowledge of Viewpoint for Projects or any other internet-based document storage solutions
• Knowledge of current CDM and Building Regulations
• Experience successfully managed numerous designers' inputs in a similar role
