We are currently looking to recruit an Administrator within the Client Finance team at IN-SYNC.

The Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the successful management of client funds, which involves reconciling bank statements to ensure correct monies are received into the Group, producing invoices for internal payments, and processing payments of rebates. Due to the nature of the role there will be a lot of work within Excel, so the successful candidate must be a competent user with experience of manipulating data and formulas. A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail is paramount, and prior administrative experience is preferable, ideally within a financial/accounting environment.

We look to hire team players who are pro-active and adaptable with good communication and interpersonal skills.
