Role: Lead Enterprise Service Manager
Location: Surrey
Salary: up to £65,000 - £70,000 + Excellent Benefits

I am are currently looking for a Lead Enterprise Service Manager to join an exciting global organisation based in Surrey, working within a fantastic diverse and growing team.

This opportunity will see you managing a team of service managers, working with them to ensure the service design is successful and that all essential governance is adhered to, KPIs set and maintained and that your team is motivated and successful.

  • Directly manage a team of service managers, including monitoring, appropriate KPIs and leading by example
  • When necessary take a lead on recruiting additional team members
  • Ensure industry standards and governance are adhered to within specific frameworks (Agile, ITIL etc.)
  • Take responsibility as the major incident manager and undertake service design within the product domain

  • Excellent experience within direct line management
  • Expert knowledge of ITIL is highly desirable
  • Previous experience managing a significant IT service
  • Knowledge of Agile working is highly desirable
