Location: West End of London

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum + bonus + benefits

Title: Experienced Payroll & Benefits Manager

Reporting into the HR Director you will be the subject matter expert on everything Payroll & Benefits for a transport and logistics company who are seeking an experienced payroller to help improve upon various process's, continue with the BAU as well as running the benefits for the business.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the business as usual of the payroll always runs smoothly and efficiently;

Be a key business partner for internal and external stakeholders from a payroll and benefits perspective;

Ensure that the procedures and controls are maintained correctly and make any improvements when required;

To oversee a well established team with direct reports;

Ensure that you are providing the best service possible for the HR administration for the company's entities including all employees and entire life cycle;

Having complete autonomy over the benefits for the business and re negotiate terms when needed;

To be a leader of a well-established team and train / develop as and when needed.

Background:

Excellent interpersonal skills - must be able to present as well as the fundamentals;

Experience in running outsourced payrolls with high volumes;

Having worked in a shared service environment would be highly desirable;

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt quickly to change.
