An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Pre-Sales Account Executive to be based in our Borehamwood office.

Purpose of role

To advise dealers and end user customers on the right technical solutions for specific requirements and to increase the usage of ACS management tools within selected dealers.

Minimum Requirements
  • At least 3 years' experience involved with technically selling and/or supporting the DrayTek product range
  • A solid working knowledge of routers, access points, Broadband CPE technologies and familiarity of managed wireless solutions and LAN switching
  • A confident and clear telephone manner
  • Target orientated and able to meet deadlines

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming email and phone technical pre-sales enquiries ensuring each contact has a comprehensive response and a positive experience with DrayTek
  • Support the sales staff on selected opportunities
  • Increase the breadth and depth of ACS usage by our dealers, measured by new ACS sign ups and usage analytics
  • Formulate and agree with the line manager the pro-active outbound activity required each week
  • Update the CRM system on activity, feedback and new information
  • Ability to identify new sales opportunities by questioning technique
  • Ability to position the DrayTek solution as a value added
  • Attend various trade shows and other activities that support the sales effort as defined by line manager
