Salary: £37,000 per annum (£17.00 per hour) + excellent benefits

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time- 42 hours

Staff morale at the home is very high and the Home Manager is looking for a motivated Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join their friendly team of staff.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a friendly and experienced Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join a leading healthcare provider in one of their lovely nursing homes in Birkenhead, Wirral. The home provides person-centred care to individuals with a range of needs, such as specialist dementia care, palliative care and respite care. The manager is looking for a motivated Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to work closely alongside the manager ensuring the smooth running of the service at all times. The home boasts a good reputation for the high quality of care that they provide.

Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism (RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. Nurses must have good communication skills, a hard-working nature and the willingness to get stuck in. Previous management experience is essential for this position.
