Account Contract Manager - Continence Care

This is a Permanent Full Time Role, Monday to Friday

Are you a Registered Nurse looking for a new career or a Medical Sales Representative or Nurse Advisor looking for a new challenge? You may have trained as a Nurse but are no longer registered with the NMC? We are looking for a commercially aware individual with either clinical continence or medical sales experience to manage existing Residential Care & Nursing Home Accounts and look for opportunities to gain new Accounts. You will build strong relationships with primary care customers and increase the number of patients registering onto our client's continence support service by providing training to Residential Care Homes and Community Nurses

In this role you will build strong working partnerships with Nursing & residential Care Homes. Whether the Home is looking for solutions to support best-practice in residents' continence day-to-day care, or to improve their efficiency and budget, your role defines and implements tailored solutions that work. You will be auditing current continence practice, tailoring product assortment to meet the needs of individual residents, reducing waste, ensuring optimum comfort and fit, delivering staff training on products and best-practice care routines and explaining day to day logistics options. The aim is to maintain and grow existing Residential Home Accounts and look for opportunities to introduce these innovative services to new Homes.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and manage existing Accounts
  • Deliver product and educational training to customers
  • Work in partnership with the Key Account Manager to achieve sales targets
  • Promote continence products and services
  • Identifying opportunities for new continence and home delivery business

To be considered for this exciting Account Manager role you will meet the following criteria:
  • Previous Medical Sales Representative experience and/or
    • Clinical continence experience as a Registered Nurse or Qualified Nurse
    • Strong relationship builder
    • Experience managing Accounts is an advantage though not essential
    • Commercial awareness
    • Excellent communication skills with previous training experience

    • Ability to work both alone and as part of a team
