As a result of both our international and national success, we are seeking to appoint an experienced Service Desk Manager! WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? As a technical support professional, you will be managing the Service Desk team and will also be on board with helping to fix problems and providing guidance where necessary. Using your excellent technical and communication skills, you will take responsibility for major issues and adopt a hands-on approach where necessary to fix issues. Your role will also include being a point of escalation both internally and from our customers. WE NEED YOU TO HAVE..... ITIL Service Desk Qualification Technical knowledge; Office 365, Windows Server, Networking At least 3 years MSP experience TO BE CONSIDERED.....
