Application Support Analyst
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Application Support Analyst to take a newly created role in the Kingston upon Thames office of a leading global software firm going through continued growth & expansion. To be considered for this position you MUST have an outgoing and friendly personality and a good understanding of bespoke applications, SQL (SQL Server, SQL queries, and SQL scripts), Active Directory and Windows Server. Your primary responsibility will be supporting customers with user & backend system issues to a cloud based suite of bespoke finance applications. This will be via telephone & email (and occasional onsite visits) so it is essential you have excellent communication skills. Although this role will be predominantly supporting bespoke financial software, you will need an excellent understanding of the Windows / Microsoft stack environment. This role will suit an IT support analyst with previous application / ERP / CRM support and full training will be provided on their bespoke financial software.
