Role information:

As Compliance and Audit Advisor you will be an integral part of a team who report to the Office Manager.Your position expects high standards, accuracy and attention to detail in order to exceed our client service level agreements.You will be responsible for all administration relating to candidate registrations, including immigration checks and entering confidential data on to our database. You will contact companies to receive references and be able to communicate this information with colleagues.Your ability to demonstrate an extensive background in an administration will be key to this role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·Entering confidential data on to our CRM database

·Updating candidate records, following data protection legislation procedures

·Stock control for pack inserts

·Obtaining references for candidates

·Meet and greet candidates for registration or interview

·GDPR policies and procedures

·Tender proposals and preparation

·Monthly meetings with consultants to discuss reports

·Liaising with GLAA for compliance

·Thorough Immigration and Visa checks

·All new company audits as they are presented

·Large client induction packs with audit preparation

·Driver checks and relevant compliance

What do you need to be successful?

·Energetic, organised and conscientious approach

·Friendly and supportive to all team members, working as a cohesive team

·Methodical approach and an eye for detail

·Be able to work efficiently, accurately and confidentially

·Ability to follow instruction and work to deadlines

·ECDL- proven experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word

·Excellent telephone manner

·Ability to use own initiative

·Minimum of two years in an administration role

·Driving licence and own car, as travel to our other branch in Didcot, Oxfordshire may be required on occasion


·Previous experience in an audit function

·Knowledge of legislation within the recruitment industry and employment law
