MyCFL is working with a client who has been in the new homes industry for over 25 years, they are seasoned professionals with hard-earned, long-standing pedigrees, with well-established contacts at senior level with lenders and valuers. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Administrator to join their successful team based in Berkhamsted.

Mortgage Administrator - Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • As an Administrator you should be able to offer a high level of customer care and demonstrate excellent communication skills
  • Accurate data input into the Lenders website
  • Case checking
  • Be an excellent communicator and build sound relationships between all the parties involved throughout the process
  • Liaise fully with the Sales Team to ensure seamless processing of the mortgage applications
  • Ensure FCA Guidelines are met

The Person - Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:
  • Previous experience/knowledge within financial services would be an advantage but not essential
  • Data Input accuracy is essential
  • Must have a strong attention to detail!
  • Be able to pick up new systems quickly
  • Be able to work under pressure, as part of a team and individually as required by the demands of the role
  • Computer literacy, and be keen to learn
  • Common sense and logical approach is essential
