PPI Case Handler / Customer Service Administrator Full Time, Temporary Solihull B91 2AA Our client BNP Paribas Personal Finance we are seeking people to join their growing PPI Team. The PPI Case Handler role is a great opportunity to join this dynamic forward thinking organisation. Working as part of a team you will be responsible for the completion of administrative tasks to a high standard ensuring outstanding service is provided to our external & internal partners. When you come on board, you'll be responsible for; * Telephone and Email based Customer Service. * Calculate PPI claims made by customers and determine the amount of redress payment due * Searching the systems to locate customer accounts and identify whether they've had PPI * Liaising with Claims Management companies and reviewing claims * Ensure all administrative tasks are actioned within the productivity, regulatory and quality targets * Processing Payments and updating accounts * Data entry and confidence in Excel skills and formulas * Printing letters and scanning documents as required We'll help you achieve and deliver within the role; supportive colleagues will always be on hand to help you reach your full potential with us.
