This role is key in laying the data foundations to enable SSE to gain meaningful insights from our digital data. High quality data will be dependent on the processes and systems in place and you will play a fundamental role in developing appropriate governance around the processes and data management, and then putting these in place. Your Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate for this role will need to have previous experience in a digital, agile environment, perhaps as a website analyst or implementation analyst. We'd also like you to have basic experience of JavaScript and an understanding of how JavaScript is structured and applied in order to customise implementations. As one of the main responsibilities of the role is around data governance it would be great if you have experience of putting governance processes into place to ensure that the data you have is of high quality.

Additionally, building relationships and good communication is key in this role so that you can effectively pass on your recommendations to a wide range of technical and business stakeholders. You'll also be an innovative person who is continuously looking for new approaches to solving problems and always striving to find improvements to the way you work.
