As a Senior Global Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for defining, developing and implementing the Digital Marketing strategy for the Continence Care Franchise. This role is a brand-new position that provides an exciting opportunity for someone to join a key growth area for the business, offering you excellent growth and development opportunities.Key duties and responsibilities of Senior Global Digital Marketing Manager include: Market research, data collection and analysis to understand the complete digital services & communication needs of users and key internal and external stakeholders.Definition of Continence Care global digital marketing strategy and roadmap to drive an innovation leadership position in this space.Collaboration with local markets, global IT teams and other franchises and functions to define and roll-out innovative new digital tools, services and marketing campaigns.Setup, monitoring and reporting of digital analytics to drive on-going improvements in customer experience and business results.Go-to-market strategy and implementation support for new product launches.Acting as an SME for digital to train and support colleagues and market teams.Helping to create the most respected marketing team in medical devices.To be successful in this position you will have:Bachelor's degree or equivalent with excellent gradesUnderstanding of current and emerging digital platforms and trendsExtensive knowledge of digital media and creative as well as related research tools, resources and digital technical platformsExperience developing and managing digital marketing campaigns through the full campaign life-cycleDemonstrated experience to effectively lead cross-functional projects from conception to completion with a pro-active approach to problem solvingProven track record in managing digital budgets and hitting monthly goals for user acquisition, retention, and other key performance metricsProficiency in leveraging digital user behaviour data, understanding of audience targeting and lifecycle marketingDeeply analytical and data driven; proficiency with multi-variant, A/B testing, promotional strategy, attribution modelsCan-do, positive attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach; personable and flexible to changing demands of the businessStrong written and verbal communication skillsFlexibility and ability to lead or input on multiple projectsPassion for technology and marketing, with an entrepreneurial spiritSelf-motivated and interested in self-developmentIt would also be desirable to have:Experience in MedTech, other life sciences industries or consumer productsExperience working with Global MarketsConvaTec provides equal employment opportunities for all current employees and applicants for employment.
