Be part of a "Brilliant Civil Service". This role offers a chance to play a key role in Government's Digital by Default transformation. This is an exciting role working on improving the core expert services provided across government for resourcing and learning.

In this exciting post, you'll be a key member of a multidisciplinary team providing account management to departments using the Civil Service HR e-recruitment system, Civil Service Jobs.

In this role you will manage the relationship of the departments using the Civil Service Jobs platform and associated services. This is a hands-on role where strong management and customer communication skills are required.

This role has responsibility for account management, escalation and resolution of issues, annual invoicing, new business on boarding and the championing of the services. In managing the primary interactions with existing and future customers you will be responsible for acting as an ambassador for CSHR.

We deliver:

• The Civil Service Jobs website and e-recruitment system is used for advertising internal and external jobs in the Civil Service with around 3,000 vacancies and 40,000 applications a month and 650,0000 registered users. A new digital service (Recruitment Platform for Government) has been deployed centred around the needs of job seekers, hiring managers, recruiters and customer departments, including Government Recruitment Services in CSHR Recruitment Operations.

Civil Service HR is a cross-government function, comprising around 800 people from a range of professional backgrounds based across the length and breadth of the UK. The function exists to improve the quality and measurability of strategic HR interventions across government, to drive HR professionalism across the Civil Service and to drive towards consistent, quality and efficient delivery of expert services such as pan-government recruitment and learning.

The Civil Service HR Analysis and Digital Delivery team is a growing multidisciplinary team fulfilling a pivotal role in the development of HR service delivery and digital strategy for the Civil Service. Our remit is to design, develop and maintain a user-centred digital experience that supports our people through the employee lifecycle. We additionally act as conduit to wider Government Digital, Data and Technology functions and provide qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform evidence-based decision making throughout the HR function in the Civil Service.
