Exciting job opportunity for a proven Executive Assistant to join a large company located in Norwich.

Your new company
You new company is a provider of research, analysis, consulting and training to businesses and stakeholders engaged energy markets. The company was established back in the early 2000's and underwent significant growth over that period of time.

Your new role
The purpose of you new job will be to provide secretarial and support to the board of directors and the wider business. You will need to take minutes, draft resolutions and lodge required forms for annual returns to company house. I addition to this you will need follow up actions from meetings and manage projects regarding business strategy and legislation's.
Alongside this you will be providing personal support to board members and oversee the day to day running of the Norwich office.
Further to this other responsibilities will be:
  • Provide support to board members including diary and travel coordination
  • Contribute to meeting discussions and advise on other matters within the business
  • Oversee company policies for members of staff

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful within your new job you will need to have experience of supporting executive and non executive Directors at board level at within a large organisation. Also you will need to have experience of taking minutes in a large commercial board meetings.
Other skills needed:
  • Excellent organisation
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload
  • Project management experience
