Position: Marketing Executive
Location: Whitley, Goole DN14 0HR
Job type: Full Time, 12 months Fixed Term Contract
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us at Tunstall as a Marketing Executive for a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.

Your role will be to support and provide an efficient, results orientated service to the Marketing department and wider Tunstall operations across the business. You will achieve this by being involved in and covering events, social media, CRM maintenance, general administration and marketing team support.

You will coordinate and evaluate all events and represent the company where appropriate; Keep up-to-date with the latest social trends, platform developments and evaluation methods; Process invoicing in line with budget management, maintain display and demonstration material, and manage storage and allocation. Process internal and external literature requests.

You will also supporting digital marketing pipeline with events, ensuring opportunities are maximised with social media. Support the team with website and blog updates. Maintain strong social media profiles and activity communicating industry news across various channels

Responsibilities:

- Source industry events and identify business opportunities.
- Organise delegate events and regional exhibitions including staffing, accommodation and full comprehensive event plans listing objectives and expected outcomes.
- Maintain display stands, promotional equipment and literature in first class condition.
- Attend events where required to provide sales support and exhibition set up.
- Promote and engage with key event messages via social media channels.
- Provide KPI evaluation reports to demonstrate ROI.
- Regular communication with sales to establish lead generation to support KPIs.
- Provide monthly events list detailing all forthcoming events attending including staffing details.
- Capture industry insight at events and disseminate.
- Maintain log of spend in line with budget for FY.
- Manage and create department POs and invoicing in line with DocuWare procedures.
- Maintain stock of all literature and update digital devices.
- Manage office logistics and support team as required.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest social trends, platform developments and evaluation methods.
- Draft annual social media content planner.
- Circulate summary of weekly social highlights.
- Circulate marketing collateral and communicate brand activity.
- Ensure all industry events (attending or not attending) have maximum social media coverage.
- Create and maintain noticeboard and twitter lists of key industry contacts and businesses.

About you:

- Significant Marketing experience in a similar role.
- Degree qualification in Marketing, English or similar - desirable.
- Efficient, results orientated and commercially aware.
- Proven organisational skills and self-motivated.
- Strong understanding of all social media platforms including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, tweet deck and Hootsuite and other platforms.
- Strong understanding of WordPress, google analytics, MailChimp, CMS and SEO.
- You will be creative, imaginative and innovative.
- Proficient in the use of all Microsoft packages.
- Able to multi-task and manage workload efficiently delegating to others where necessary. Equally you must be adaptable and flexible.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels and good interpersonal skills.
