Hours: 37 hours per week. Applications for 4 days a week for 30 hours will also be considered.

Base: Kings Lynn

You will assist the Achievement & Exams Officer in the smooth running of exam and achievement processes. You will be responsible for designated areas of the curriculum and ensure attainment, examination and achievement records are complete, accurate and up-to-date, you will also liaise with curriculum teams, exam boards, students and invigilators. You will be working collaboratively with other support departments, management and College leadership.

You must have experience of working within an administrative role and have experience of working with complex data applications. You must have customer service experience and be able to work on your own initiative within set rules and guidelines. You must have a relevant Level 2 qualification (e.g. 5 GCSE's A*-C/4-9) or equivalent. You must have level 2 Maths and 2 English (GCSE's A* -C/4-9) or equivalent or be willing to obtain.
