Due to the location of this role you will ideally be a driver. Please note that this role is subject to a one year fixed term contract arrangement initially, due to the sector that it operates in.

Duties for the 1st Line Support Analyst:

Providing remote and on-site technical support assisting users with various IT issues
Installing, maintaining and troubleshooting software, installing new equipment such as desktop computers, laptops, tablets and mobile phones
Preparing and supporting staff training sessions on Windows 10 and Office 365
Managing computer hardware, software and systems
Providing technical support on the network
Carrying out regular backup protocols
Enabling and troubleshooting internet connectivity
Troubleshooting faults on printersThe 1st Line Support Analyst:

Due to the nature of the position YOU ARE required to have a driving licence with your own vehicle - expenses are paid for
Some experience of working within a 1st line, Helpdesk, IT Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer or an IT Technical Support position
Knowledge of Windows Server (Apply online only).
Experience of server management, as well as LAN and Wireless Networks, experience of working with SCCM.
