ENGIE are recruiting for a Project Manager to be based at Manchester Joint Hospital, M13 9WL. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary banding of £35,000 - £42,000, dependent upon skills and experience.

General Overview:

An opportunity has arisen within the PHE Manchester Joint Hospital contract for a Senior Project Manager to cover these contacts with the ability to travel.

The individual will have experience in planning and delivering capital projects and liaising with client teams to drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities / Duties include:

Manage the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical and Fabric Maintenance projects

Ensuring all deliverables are to standard and specification

Manage projects and contractual aspects between ENGIE, clients and Contractors, ensuring the compliance of all parties

To adhere to project delivery systems and procedures

To manage the timely production of O&M manuals and certification

Develop and maintain effective working relationships with Client teams

Produce weekly/monthly project progress report

Produce Construction Phase Plan in line with CDM 2015 and to monitor and update the plan throughout the project period

To work with the Programme Plan in order to track, monitor and report project status to senior management

Effective Planning, allocation and management of resources

Comply at all times with Engie's policies and procedures

Manage project budget and produce financial monthly report

Management of stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure full commitment and support for the success of the project

Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience:

Qualifications or Required Experience:

HNC/Degree level required in either a building, mechanical or electrical discipline

A technical background to understand electrical and mechanical systems and previous experience of managing capital works projects.

Carry out project reporting in line with required deadlines

Identify, monitor, mitigate and manage project and operational risks

Establish and maintain good supplier relations to ensure effective delivery and quality of Installations

CSCS Project Manager Card

Experience of delivering a portfolio of M&E/Fabric Projects with a diverse project delivery team

Have excellent communications skills

Hold a full driving licence
