The role:

Supporting the development and training of tutors/assessors through:
On the job coaching and feedback
Undertaking internal training with a view to assisting individuals toward their L3 award
Inducting new starters
Dealing with Ofsted as a nominee
Producing self-assessment reports
Producing and following quality improvement plans
Supporting the development of curriculums and coaching plans
Monitor and put in place internal quality assurance processes which will cover (but not limited to): IQA, OTLA and OCA
Guiding and supporting continuous improvements in the teaching processYour experience:

Experience of working in a Quality assurance role is essential, ideally this will be in education
It is essential that you have experience with Ofsted (ideally as a nominee)
Experience of Self-assessments and reporting
Experience of producing quality improvement plans
Industry recognised qualification or strong experience in an internal quality assurance role
Ability to hold and discuss processes with regulatory bodies
Strong communicator who is comfortable working and liaising with others, you should also possess strong time management skills
Current driving licence
