I am delighted to be working with a globally recognised engineering, repair & logistics organisation who provide outstanding software solutions across the computer & tech industries.

My client who are based in Fife are keen to add a Part-Time Finance & Payroll Assistant to join their team working 15 hours per week (Monday-Tuesday preferred). 3 days may be considered.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Dedicated to processing fortnightly payroll of circa 150 - 200 employees using Sage Payroll, including calculation of overtime hours, shift allowances, absences, sick and unpaid leave
  • Assisting shared service team (non-payroll weeks) with processing of transactions depending on resource requirement
  • Accounts Payable
  • Payment Runs
  • Banking, Expenses, Petty Cash
  • Ad-Hoc Finance Duties
  • Strong excel skills essential
  • SAGE payroll experience highly desired
  • 2+ years payroll and finance experience
