We are looking for someone special to join our Jack Straws Lane Day Nursery based in Marston, Oxford OX3. This special someone will have a Level 2 or above qualification in Early Years or hold QTS, and will feel passionately towards the childcare industry.

Exclusive to staff and students of the University of Oxford, Jack Straws Lane Nursery is situated in an inspiring Grade II listed building just off the A4144 and only a10 mins bus journey from the City Centre. Set in beautiful grounds and with access to a woodland area, the nursery has four well equipped rooms with parking available outside.

Essential requirements...

- Have a warm, smiling face which makes every child feel special and safe

- The ability to pull perfect impersonations of what our children request

- Able to drink numerous cups of imaginary tea

As a Nursery Nurse, some of your duties may include...

- Distributing warm hugs where required

- Rapidly counting the heads of numerous, moving small people

- Reading 10 page stories, which are upside down, and with at least 3 interruptions

- Having lots of fun in the work place... laughter is key!

You may have experience of the following: Childcare Practitioner, Early Years Practitioner, Play worker, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Teacher, and Early Years Educator.
