Team Admin Assistant Required - Long term contract | MAT COVER - 13 MONTHS

A well-established international investment management firm based in the heart of the city.

Your new role
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales and trading team in all aspects of client development and services. Your day to day duties will include, but will not be limited to:
  • Arranging and coordinating meeting rooms
  • Roadshows and other trip arrangements
  • Logistic support and other administrative support as required
  • Maintaining client records and reviewing research lists
  • Client relationship management


What you'll need to succeed

In order to be considered for this position you must have at least 2 years experience in an office assistant or team assistant position specifically within Financial services.
  • Diploma level or above
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of Microsoft office programs
  • Impeccable attention to detail with a pro-active work ethic
