Page Personnel are recruiting for a temporary project administrator to join a business in Leeds on a 3 month temporary assignment.

Client Details

The client is a leading software company within the IT industry based in the outskirts of Leeds and are looking for a project administrator to join the team for the next 3 months to coordinator the incoming projects of the business.


The Temporary Project Administrator will be responsible for -
  • Be first point of contact during project implementation
  • Taking ownership of projects to completion
  • Planning, monitoring and controlling project life cycle
  • All customer communication from Welcome Call to Project Closure and Handover
  • Working with Implementation Consultants to create project plans and other relevant documentation for each project
  • Maintain good communications with customers, resources and third parties to assure timely and efficient completion of projects
  • Defining, booking and managing resources required to deliver the project
  • Helping to implement best project processes and structure
  • Ensures documentation and relevant systems are kept up-to-date reflecting project activity
  • Process weekly & monthly reporting to ensure all projects run smoothly
  • Identifying Risks and Issues associated to the project
  • Help co-ordinate new initiatives/offerings and produce supporting documentation


The Temporary Project Administrator will have/be -
  • Must have strong GCSEs including Maths and English
  • Interest/experience in the technical aspects of software deployment experience
  • Strong project co-ordination skills and experience
  • Excellent communication and administration skills
  • Experience at working both independently and in a team-orientated, collaborative environment is essential
  • Technically competent with various software programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently
  • Flexible during times of change
  • Persuasive, encouraging and motivating
  • Ability to influence and negotiate for the benefit of the project
  • Planning and organisation
  • Ability to prioritise own workload to meet targets and objectives
  • Excellent standard of written and spoken English
