Part time Administrator required for a Financial Services business based in Shirley. Working 20-25 hours per week working no longer than 6 hours per day within normal office hours. Paying £10.50 per hour with free parking.

This is working within a small business in the financial sector, so a general knowledge of the financial industry and compliance would be advantageous. This is a small team so would suit someone who enjoys a quieter environment, who is easy going and able to work on their own.

Essential requirements;
  • Lives local to Shirley
  • Has their own transport
  • A clean credit record
  • You will need to have good all round office administration experience
  • Excellent telephone manner and good written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable and trustworthy with a "can do approach"

Duties;

General office duties - answering the telephone, dealing with post, filing, meeting and greeting visitors, creating and editing documents and email.

CRM system - entering and editing information, monitoring deals and creating reports.

Financial - raising invoices, reconciling the bank account, setting up payments, credit control, preparing MI.

Compliance - keeping up to date with developments, quality control, preparing reports and monitoring work in progress.

Marketing - mailshots and email shots.
