Duties for the 1st Line Support Analyst:
  • Providing remote and on-site technical support assisting users with various IT issues
  • Installing, maintaining and troubleshooting software, installing new equipment such as desktop computers, laptops, tablets and mobile phones
  • Preparing and supporting staff training sessions on Windows 10 and Office 365
  • Managing computer hardware, software and systems
  • Providing technical support on the network
  • Carrying out regular backup protocols
  • Enabling and troubleshooting internet connectivity
  • Troubleshooting faults on printers

The 1st Line Support Analyst:
  • Due to the nature of the position YOU ARE required to have a driving licence with your own vehicle - expenses are paid for
  • Some experience of working within a 1st line, Helpdesk, IT Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer or an IT Technical Support position
  • Knowledge of Windows Server 2008-2016.
  • Experience of server management, as well as LAN and Wireless Networks, experience of working with SCCM.
  • Ideally experience of working in a helpdesk environment, call logging, updating and reporting
