Are you a successful Account Manager who wants to work for a company that can elevate their ambitions?

This is a great opportunity for a highly successful Account Manager who wants to work in a hybrid sales role, applying your experience in account management and new business sales.

About you:

You will already be a Senior Account Manager or an Account Manager with a strong level of gravitas who can think independently, understands the B2B sales process and is unafraid of targets. You will be an experienced negotiator, a strong objection handler and a confident closer.

With an eye on business development and strategy, you're commercially aware and have experience growing relationships whilst nurturing existing ones in order to grow senior accounts and account retention.

You'll have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to pitch products, influence and persuade the client's decision-making process.

You won't be micromanaged, instead you will be empowered to structure your days. You will be strategic with your time ensuring you work efficiently in order to achieve/overachieve your KPIs and targets.

What to expect in the role:

* This will be a "win and retain" role. You will be targeted on both new business and account management.

* You will inherit a portfolio of accounts which you will be expected to nurture and upsell.

* You will pitch products with the aim of influencing and persuading the clients buy-in for the portfolio of products to better their business.

* You will have a strong focus on developing strong client relationships.
