We are looking for confident and energetic people to join our Outbound Sales team in Southend.

Our Outbound Sales Agents will be making calls to our customers to help them purchase their travel insurance. You will be answering any questions they have and generally helping them through the process, so that we can ensure that they are fully covered for their planned trips and holidays.

Duties to include but are not limited to:
  • To ensure the accurate and compliant recording of all client data on our relevant systems/databases ensuring that customer details are upheld in accordance with the data protection act.
  • To respond to customer queries via e-mail and to assist with general administration work as required.
  • To represent the Company in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
  • Respond positively and accurately to all product and process questions raised by customers and/or colleagues.
  • To adhere to department call handling targets as set by the business.

We provide all the tools and knowledge that you need through our 6 week classroom training and you will go on to work in a lively and supportive environment.

This is a full time permanent position working 37.5 hours a week. You will be working on a rolling rota basis as follows:- Week one:- Monday to Thursday 9am to 5.30pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm. Week Two:- Monday to Thursday 11:30am to 8pm and Friday 9am to 5.30pm. You will also b expected to work two bank holidays per year.

The starting base salary for this is £17,050 per annum, in addition to your basic pay you can work towards a performance related bonus of up to £200 per month (Inbound Sales) plus an enhanced bonus which is paid quarterly.

Full training would be provided and you would be expected to fully commit to a six week training course working Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm commencing on 30 September 2019.
