Your new company
An exciting growing business based in Newcastle are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk, to support the company with its ambitious growth plans and development on a full time permanent basis.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the processing of purchase invoices & credit notes across the Group of Companies, supplier statement reconciliations and the collation of weekly creditor payment run for approval. Along with raising inter-company transfers, matching of purchase orders, and delivery notes and liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure timely processing of supplier invoices/payments/query resolution.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience of working in a similar role and have a flexible approach in order to accommodate changing needs and growth of the department. The ideal person will have strong excel skills, excellent communication skills and be a keen, enthusiastic, team player with a can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
