As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the single point of contact for all ICT customers, both internal and external. You will provide outstanding customer service and technical support. Putting your knowledge, skills and learning in to practice, you will play a vital role in ensuring that ICT services across the business are "always on" and performing to the high standards you would expect. You will own incidents and requests raised by customers, either resolving them remotely or escalating to an appropriate colleague.

You will provide reassurance to customers that any ICT issues they experience will be resolved in a swift and professional manner. You will be working closely with your colleagues and customers on problem solving, incident resolution, service requests, updating configuration documents and monitoring our applications and infrastructure.
