One of the UK's largest charity's, offering outsourced support, accommodation and career opportunities are seeking a Sharepoint administrator to join their technical team in Victoria, London.

Employed on a full time, permanent basis within the charity's head office, the Sharepoint administrator will form a pivotal part of the technical engagement team, delivering extensive Sharepoint experiences and support to the organisations internal and external user base.

The Sharepoint Administrator will be solely responsible for overseeing, managing and maintaining the Sharepoint architecture, user access and data security, managing the migration of activity from shared drives to Sharepoint Online.

Responsibilities will include:

Develop, configure and manage document libraries, enterprise lists and site collections
Perform system administrative activities including site creation, user training, back up and restore
Support the Data Architect to streamline data storage
Compile and analyse usage reports
Conduct and deliver training material
conduct research to identify best practice and discover new system function's desired Sharepoint administrator will have proven significant Sharepoint experience evident within their application, accompanied with exposure to migrating data, PowerShell scrips, Office 365, Azure and SQL server. A sound technical mind-set will be essential to perform this role to it's full capacity, able to converse professionally at all levels.
