A young thriving company based in the centre on Henley are looking for an experienced individual with strong organisational skills and relationship building to support the head of operations with coordinating speakers for events and assisting with the running of the events.

Key Duties:
  • Relationship management of our speaker and consultant faculty
  • Coordinate all speaker and consultant availability and bookings
  • Coordinate with the finance team to ensure efficient and accurate payment of invoices
  • Oversee and track all key pre-event activities
  • Maintain regular contact with client partners to ensure key deliverables and milestones are achieved
  • Write briefing documents
  • Attend speaker briefing meetings
  • Ensure all learning materials and communications are consistent detailed and accurate
  • Support operations team and learning team
  • At events, support all speakers and consultants for the duration
  • Track budget requirements
  • Willingness to support head of operations in other areas as a means of support and professional development

Skills:
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Strong administration background/experience
  • Project coordination - confident creating plans, resource schedules, communications
  • Excellent time management - managing multiple diaries
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management - providing updates, information effectively
  • Comfortable communicating with working with all levels of team, client, consultant and supplier partners
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams at the same time

  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment; adaptable and confident
