Role - Finance/Accounts Manager
Location - Outskirts of Newark
Salary - £DOE
Term - Part Time (30 hours per week), Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Manager to join one of my well established clients in the Nottinghamshire area. As an experienced Accounts Manager you must have excellent all-round accounts and payroll experience and must be competent with using Sage Line 50. These aspects of the role are crucial. It is essential that you will be able to hit the ground running, be accurate with great attention to detail and take full ownership of the role and able to work independently, reporting directly to the Directors.

Main responsibilities:

*Maintain the Purchase/Sales ledger
*Credit Control
*Bank Posting & Reconciliation
*Posting & Reconciliation of the Credit Card Statement
*Petty Cash
*Process Payroll for all employees Inc Nest Pensions
*Salaries Journal
*Management of weekly Subcontractors
*Quarterly Employment Intermediary Report
*Quarterly Vat Return
*Produce Monthly P&L / BS

Person Specification:

AAT Qualified is desirable or QBE with good IT skills Excel, Word, Outlook
A friendly, positive attitude is a must
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner
