Customer Success Manager
Location: Home/Field Based - Head office based in Cirencester
Salary: Basic £45,000-£50,000 + Bonus + Fantastic benefits

You will work with customers to implement their initial success criteria through my clients cutting edge SaaS platform whilst continually developing new criteria and working to implement this.

This role is about on boarding customers, ensuring they realise the commercial gains the service brings and ensuring advocacy in each and every customer.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
  • Working with the Sales Team and technical resources to seamlessly on-board a customer, with guaranteed launch success.
  • Working with customers to continually develop and implement success criteria, utilising your knowledge across the client base to suggest and expand on existing and further requirements.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, working in a consultative manner to retain and grow account through a deep client understanding and product knowledge
  • Optimise portfolio revenue through the creation of strong client relationships and accountable for creating and delivering against strategic and tactical account plans
  • Work with the Marketing team to build Customer testimonials and encourage industry referrals and best practice conversations across the client base.
  • Anticipate customer requirements and challenges, to continue to build successful relationships.
  • Identify and troubleshoot client issues, working with the wider business to effectively resolve.

Knowledge & Experience
  • A track record of driving customer success and aligning with customer and project requirements.
  • Ability to drive customer success, identifying areas of financial saving or benefit through the implementation of success criteria.
  • Significant experience in strategic account management either within a payments or technology environment
  • Experience with multi-faceted client relationships, contracts and complex negotiations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • To be able to troubleshoot quickly and effectively.
  • A strong team player as well as a productive solo worker.
  • Extremely well organised with the ability to work well under pressure.
